Normally, I prefer to make potato dishes from scratch, but when I don’t have the time or energy to cook, this bag has become my go-to choice for both breakfast and dinner on those extra-long days of the week. Each 20-ounce bag retails for just $3.47 and can serve up to six people.
The bag contains roasted Yukon Gold potatoes, red and green bell peppers, olive oil, sea salt, rosemary, garlic, and sage. This wonderful combination of spices and flavor gives off an aroma that is incredibly appetizing to wake up to.
You can use a microwave, air fryer, or skillet on the stovetop to cook the potatoes, but no method takes more than 18 minutes. Pro tip: don’t use the microwave. I prefer to use a skillet to give the potatoes a nice and crispy edge. The next best option is the air fryer, as the cooking time is the fastest and requires even less work to pull off successfully.
