Sodium hypochlorite is the main active ingredient in chlorine bleach.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_5-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\"> FSIS conducted an investigation after receiving a tip about possible contamination.
